Welcome! By using Black Market Data's services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service"). As used in this agreement.

VOLUNTEERS AND Black Market Data

Black Market Data appreciates the significant contributions made by volunteers, who assist Black Market Data in its efforts to provide high quality, community driven online services. To help achieve this goal, Black Market Data volunteers perform a variety of technical and non-technical tasks, including, but not limited to, programming, the creation of web-based content (HTML, BML, and other formats), graphic design, audio and/or visual content creation, technical writing, managing electronic data libraries and/or databases, technical support, reviewing, categorizing, legal assistance, archiving and/or forwarding electronic data, providing expert advice, administration, management, accounting, research, content creation, promotions, or other assignments, as needed. All volunteers are expected to be of legal age, or volunteering with the consent of a legal parent or guardian. By accepting these Terms of Service, any Black Market Data member agrees that the intellectual content created as a result of volunteer work for Black Market Data constitutes intellectual property of Black Market Data and that all rights in said content shall vest in Black Market Data at the time that it is created, to the extent permitted by law. If laws prevent such vesting, the volunteer makes assignment of all such rights to Black Market Data at the time of creation. If laws prevent such assignment, the volunteer grants a perpetual world wide irrevocable license to Black Market Data to use said content. If laws prevent such licensing, the volunteer agrees never to sue Black Market Data for the use of said content. The volunteer certifies that any electronic data he/she submits is his/her work and that to the best of the volunteer's knowledge, the electronic data is not claimed by another. The volunteer agrees to insure that any work provided is correct, error free and does not contain any inflammatory language, indecency or obscenities. Furthermore, if said work is found to be illegally presented, claimed, or forged, Black Market Data may remove such material and, at Black Market Data's discretion, seek action against the individual(s) from which the work originated. No Black Market Data user is required to become a volunteer to this service, and users without volunteer status will receive reasonable support and attention as well. Without the expressed written confirmation to the contrary, all Black Market Data positions are assumed to be taken without pay or future consideration. Personal Use Only.

NO RESALE OF SERVICE.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service. Black Market Data is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Black Market Data to sell a product or service, or to increase traffic to your Web site for commercial reasons, such as advertising sales. You may not take the results from a Black Market Data search and reformat and display them, or mirror the Black Market Data home pages on your Web site. You may not "meta-search" Black Market Data. If you want to make commercial use of the Black Market Data, you must enter into an agreement with Black Market Data to do so in advance. Please contact us for more information. Any attempt by anyone, registered member or otherwise, to attack, defame, slander, hack, or misuse any service provided by Black Market Data, lack Market Data, or any domain with regards to this site or it's owners shall be terminated, blocked, banned, or otherwise disabled from using the services provided herein.

No Automated Querying

You may not send automated queries of any sort to Black Market Data's system without express permission in advance from Black Market Data. Note that "sending automated queries" includes, among other things: using any software which sends queries to Black Market Data; and performing "offline" searches on Black Market Data. Please do not write to Black Market Data to request permission to "meta-search" Black Market Data for a research project, as such requests will not be granted.

We may modify or terminate our services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate with or without notice, without liability to you, any other user or any third party. Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall Black Market Data or its licensors be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning. Black Market Data's indices consist of information that has been identified, indexed and compiled through an automated process with no advance review by human beings. Given the enormous volume of web site information added, deleted, and changed on a frequent basis, Black Market Data cannot and does not screen anything made available through its indices. For each web site reflected in Black Market Data's indices, if either (i) a site owner restricts access to his or her web site or (ii) a site is taken down from the web, then, upon receipt of a request by the site owner or a third party in the second instance, Black Market Data would consider on a case-by-case basis requests to remove the link to that site from its indices. However, if the operator of the site does not take steps to prevent it, the automatic facilities used to create the indices are likely to find that site and index it again in a relatively short amount of time.
